Cancellation and Refund

At Divyanships, we strive to provide a smooth and seamless experience for all our students and customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change. Below is our policy on cancellations and refunds for courses and services provided by Divyanships.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Course Cancellation by Student: If you wish to cancel your registration for a course, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made through email at [email protected] or by calling our support helpline at [9517099961].
  • Cancellation Period: Cancellations made within 7 days of the course registration will be eligible for a refund (as per the terms outlined below). After 7 days, the cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation by Divyanships: We reserve the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or an option to enroll in another course of your choice.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: A full refund is available if the cancellation request is received within 7 days of the course registration. After this period, no refunds will be issued unless the course is cancelled by Divyanships.
  • Refund Process: All refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the initial transaction. If the payment was made through a bank or credit card, the refund may take 5-7 additional business days to appear in your account.
  • Non-refundable Fees: Certain fees such as registration fees, material fees, or any applicable taxes may be non-refundable. Details of these will be communicated at the time of registration.

3. No-Show Policy

If a student fails to attend a course after registration and does not cancel beforehand, no refund will be issued. We encourage all students to notify us in advance if they are unable to attend.

4. Exceptions

In special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
